This update is a tad later and smaller than I had originally planned. First it was going to be part of the 2025 Chart-a-thon. When that got scaled back, I pushed this to a later release, then let myself get distracted with other things, and finally decided I better release what I have before it gets any later! For those who have purchased official pro-guitar upgrades for legacy DLC, note that these cause conflicts with RBHP upgrades, and so you should not use the RBHP Custom Packager to add RBHP upgrades to tracks with official upgrades.
