You can use the trial version for an unlimited amount of time. But if you’re going to use it everyday for years like some of us, then paying the small license is more than fair.
But the trial is fully functional and you can author just fine with it.

Anyone got the link where I can download original Magma v2?
I need it for some testing purposes for ps3 system, and as I’m using Magma c3 rock edition I’ve deleted the original magma.
When I try to insert lyrics, I press Shift+L, but nothing happens. I did install the RB plugin, because I can still see the RB previews. Does anyone know what I’m missing?

Remember, you need to select all relevant notes before applying the action.

Thanks for this post! This was very helpful for me. The only issue I’m having right now (and I promise I Googled extensively before giving up and coming here) is that I can’t find the color maps for REAPER. I can’t even find that folder in my REAPER directory. I’m on v4.22, as that was the version suggested by someone on this thread due to compatibility issues with other versions. It has a ColorThemes folder, but nothing about color maps. And the Color Themes folder seems to be for reskins of the entire program rather than track notation.
Seriously, Google was so unhelpful for me in this quest.

Am I looking in the wrong place? Thanks for any help. I’m about to download and check the Mac version to see if it’s in there but not the Windows version for some reason.Edit: The edit I posted didn’t take for some reason. Problem solved! I found the .png files in the Mac installer. I still have no idea where they went in the Windows version.

It’s the weirdest thing, I installed the RBN Tools thing and got the popup saying they installed and would you like to open REAPER now and blah blah blah, but my REAPER folder still didn’t have that folder until I added it.
Ah well, problem is solved now apparently. Thanks both of you!Hello. I got a new computer and I installed reaper 4.22 for 64 bits. (windows 8.1). It fail to load the rock band preview.
