    – Sum 41 – Chuck (So when you think Sum 41, you probably think of the poppy stuff, probably from their earlier years. This album is essentially them going from pop-punk to almost purely punk [and sometimes metal]. I like how there’s still the sense of melody and such, but there’s also a much heavier vibe to it, and the lyrics are a bit more angsty than previous albums. I think I love this album because it’s not only a band’s shift to a more serious tone, but also a damn awesome experience.)

Chuck really is a great album. Totally surprised by it.

At the moment, and limiting myself to only 2 albums an artist (otherwise it would all be PJ and Idlewild):

    Pearl Jam – Yield

    Pearl Jam – No Code

    Idlewild – The Remote Part

    Idlewild – Make Another World

    Blind Melon – Soup

    Radiohead – The Bends

    Dredg – El Cielo

    Frightened Rabbit – Pedestrian Verse

    Green Day – Insomniac

    The Who – Who’s Next

Just watched the live stream video from months ago. Hot damn that’s a lot of work! Thank you for all your hard work everyone. I hope to one day be able to join your ranks. I <3 C3!

    Seriously? No pearl jam love?

    Seriously.

Lots of bands with zero RB3 representation that are still deserving.

I will one day. Waiting for that guide to go up.

I know the quality of the covers (and the game itself) is pretty laughable, but has there been any thought in authoring the few songs from Rock Revolution which didn’t appear in GH/RB? And did PowerGig or any of the other load of guitar/band games use multitracks?

We talked a bit a while ago about Rock Revolution but there not a lot of authors out there willing to work on what are almost only customs. Besides, more than a few of those songs already appeared in Rock Band either officially or as customs. PowerGig ha isolated stems that we can use, yes, something may be in the works.

    I’d like to throw my vote behind Idlewild’s Readers & Writers from PowerGig. <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />

    I guess I’ll suggest a few…

Pearl Jam (Brain of J., Daughter, rearviewmirror, Yield album, or all songs <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif” /> )

Coheed & Cambria (Made out of nothing, Feathers, Dark Side of me)

Idlewild (In Remote Part/Scottish fiction, I Understant it, Let Me Sleep)

In This Moment (World In Flames)

Paramore (any from the new album or brand new eyes)

Another vote for I Appear Missing.

St. Andrew’s Fall and their version of Three is a Magic Number would be amazing!

    Seconded!
