I think its one thing to chart something with your favorite instrument in your favorite difficulty, but another to create one with all instruments in the quality the guys do here at C3. Its a lot of passionate work and time they put into it, and we should all really be thankful for that.

I not an idiot when it comes to technical things (running my own it company), but getting into customs creating seems quite much work and therefore much time needed. But i guess its somehow worth it, if you can create the customs you love…

Very weird, i cant even go online. I updated to TU5 with another usb stick, and everything went fine. Im logged in to my gold account (old transferred account with 1 month free gold), but when i go to online play it tells me to login… and when i click on my profile it says that its logging in and shortly after im in the profile selection screen again. Before i updated to TU5 i deleted everything except the sound/calibration settings.

 

Also the RBN songs have all “not available atm”. I got no clue whats wrong here…

These trigger problems do occur for me suddenly, since i loop my midi through Superior Drummer on the PC. I dont have that problem when i just play with the HD1 brain… weird. Although that sucks, im playing anyway disconnected from the xbox… i can imagine that it drives you crazy when youre playing for combos and points.

Yeah let us know how its going. Im trying to use some midi drumming software in the meantime, so i can at least adjust the volume seperatly. Hope it wont destroy my latency totaly.

I wonder which drum set is ideal for RB3. I got a Roland HD1 and im not very happy with it… feels like hitting wood and the pedals are very… weird. Not normal drum pedals at least. And i think the volume of the different pads, cymbals, kick and snare should be adjustable, seperatly… i think the kick from the HD1 is too loud in comparison to the cymbals.

 

Thinking about a used Roland TD9 or something.
