Just catching up on this after traveling for the holidays — wow, what a great event. Great job everyone, making things that people love for a great cause.
Having done a couple releases with C3 a few years ago, I know just how much work this entails. Thanks for all the songs!
Though honestly, Fake Plastic Trees is worth my $75 donation all by itself. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />
October 14, 2017 at 11:11 pm in reply to: Can anyone help with CON file extraction for the RB3 Song Cache? #491488What to do you need to do in C3 CON Tools to extract the file inside the songfile cache? The instructions on the RB3 Cache Exporter Tool webpage say to use Le Fluffie (for which I can’t find a working download link), and I don’t see an obvious option with the C3 tools to extract anything from a songcache file.
Thanks!

I’m trying to use it with the songcache file I pulled off my USB stick but am getting either this:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/beadspri/public_html/pksage/ccc/parsecache.php on line 8
or a completely blank page.
EDIT: Found my problem, I wasn’t extracting the songcache file from the songcache (that’s not confusing at all ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />)
If this includes e-kit support it’ll be the update that gets me to upgrade.
Helpful as always. Thanks!
Aha, yep! Thanks.
It looks like the C3 CON TOOLS link in the OP is broken? It just redirects to the front page of the forums for me.
Do you think there will ever be a work around to get E Drums to work ?
If not I will have a full band kit for Xbone to get rid off. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” />
I ask a friend of mine on the dev team, and they’re working on it.
I assume they’ve mentioned it publicly somewhere, but I pinged one of my friends on the dev team, and I do know they’re working on midi support for things like v-drums.
Won’t be playing until they add support for the midi adapter — not being able to use my drums is kind of a deal-breaker!
September 24, 2015 at 3:46 pm in reply to: List of all announced RB4 songs – updated September 28 – U2! #455757Yeah, I’m holding off to see which (if either) version ends up being able to support customs. Also the lack of midi adapter support at launch means my roland v-drums are useless currently, so there’s not much point as mostly a drums-player.

Big thanks to pksage and the rest of the gang for making song tracking as enjoyable as possible. It’s really satisfying to hear a song, think it would be fun to play in RB, and then make that happen (to say nothing of having other people download and enjoy the song too).
Without C3 I never would have had the opportunity for that. You guys rock.
One of those songs was authored by me, and I wholeheartedly support its removal.
Looking forward to seeing the charting differences in RB4. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />
