Buster66ParticipantJuly 30, 2020: released Inubus – Megalomaniac and removed it from this list. Added Moist – Leave it Alone, Neil Diamond – Cherry, Cherry, and Moody Blues – Legend of a Mind since nsw isn’t doing it and it MUST BE DONE.

Buster66ParticipantSong audio goes in backing. Drums and crowd should be silence.

Buster66ParticipantAlso:
For Independence Day 2020. I had originally hoped to have this out for CaT 2019 (thus the relative secrecy), but did not get it done in time.
Harmonies, custom lighting (but more than this venue-wise), figuring out we needed tuning cents, dolphin venue settings…I’m sure I’m forgetting stuff…: the one and only…AtruejediJuly 1, 2020 at 5:51 pm #512462
Buster66ParticipantCanada Day 2020. Released everything on my to-do list. Yes, I said everything. For posterity, they were:
The Tea Party – Sister Awake
The Tea Party – Fire in the Head
Tom Cochrane – Sinking Like a Sunset
The Tea Party – Temptation
The Tea Party – The Bazaar
I Mother Earth – One More Astronaut
I Mother Earth – Used to be Alright
The Tea Party – Save Me
I could not have gotten Save Me and Used to Be Alright out the door without ChainsawOctopus rescuing my drums charts. Full credits are posted in the Canada 2020 release thread. Also: again this year everyone was extremely helpful. As always. I joined spring 2019 and have spent over a year hanging out with all the cool kids and it has been great. Then for the Canada Day release I got to hang out with the extra-special-cool kids. Thanks to MrPrezident for coordinating. I added a few new things to my WIP.

Buster66ParticipantYou did it right. The C3 con tools visualizer will upload the pictures automatically to imgur and then you put it in the comments.

Buster66ParticipantSing-a-long are the notes in the venue track that get the other band members to lipsync the harmony parts.

Buster66ParticipantI will likely take a break from 90s Canadian rock after this next batch. I need a change of pace to keep motivated.

Buster66ParticipantNow that you have CAT running, you get to experience all the quirks. This sounds like one of CAT’s usual pet peeves, like an illegal character in a file name/path or illegal notes, or bad track names. A good way to diagnose is to output the midi and let Magma test it.

Buster66ParticipantMay 17: released Alan Parsons – Oh Life (There Must be More) and removed it from this list.

Buster66ParticipantRe: out of sync. Try rendering the audio again and make sure Magma is pointing at the right .wav.

Buster66ParticipantYeah this RPP is pretty messed up. If I start from your RBN.RPP and export that to midi, then I’m not seeing the PART KEYS error. However there are oh so many other errors instead. The drum fill lanes are for triggering overdrive, so they should only appear periodically. The overdrive markers are for building overdrive. So they can’t, for example, appear during drum fills. The big rock ending markers for the other instruments (assuming you mean them to be there at all) are incorrect. If I were you, I would go track by track maybe starting with drums, and clean them up one at a time. Say mute everything but the drums and export that. You will see more comprehensible errors from Magma that you can work on fixing.
