I have no freakin’ idea on how to do this.
If you go to the Phase Shift forums, you will find out how to add themes and skins to the game, making it look like whatever game or theme you want. You can also go to this thread or this thread on the Frets on Fire Forums (signup required to view threads) to get Rock Band and Guitar Hero songs respectively. The Rock Band thread is still getting updates, while last time I checked the Guitar Hero one had every song from the series starting at World Tour (minus the On Tour series).

He didn’t say there was an RB3 download for PC. He said that getting all the Rock Band songs from that one thread, as well as other free customs around the net, and applying the Rock Band 3 theme to Phase Shift is almost the same thing.

My final question is does the RB thread have EVERY song in the series?

If they do make a RB4 I probably would buy for just another RB party and hope it has Kinect support!
I’m hoping for a Oculus Rift or Morpheus Rock Band in the future using the same instrument set up (but all instruments score i.e. g,b,k,d,v) we have now. Maybe not RB4 but down the road this needs to be a thing. I’ve visualized this concept more hours than I should. It would be amazing!
Rock Band Survey from HarmonixAll this talk about NIcholas Cage and this post by Arctic Monkeys got completely overlooked. It’s the first time Harmonix has done anything related to Rock Band in quite a while. Every other video game website keeps posting an article about a new Rock Band game but it’s always using the same old quote from Alex Rigopolus. I know this is just a survey but still, it’s a step in the right direction to at least gauge what the community most wants to see in relation to Rock Band.
Mostly I just want better organizational tools for large libraries (filter by any number of thumb ratings, etc). And real open-hi-hat support.
