Sounds a bit like 90’s Rush with more neoprog influences. Interesting stuff. Would be very enjoyable on drums.

One charter is working on Haken’s epic Celestial Elixir from their first album. Outstanding song. The middle section will be one of the most fun passages ever on a rhythm game IMO.

 

I may update the first page with songs that are known currently to be worked on. Of course nothing that is supposed to be secret. But just to give us something to look forward to.

I am a massive prog fan, but apart from Porcupine Tree my wish list is pretty much all 70s; Genesis, Camel, Gentle Giant, Focus (heh), Yes, Jethro Tull, Crimson, ELP, Van der Graaf Generator, and any number of even more obscure bands that I’m sure many of you already know.

For anyone with an interest in charting 70s prog, I’d be willing to help out with pro keys as much as I can. I’d probably be pretty lousy at charting 5-lane or drum parts and not much better at vocals. I’m also completely new to customs creation so I’d have to get the tools and learn how to use them. So I realize I might not be offering much, but I will offer what I can if there are people who want to pick up some of the other tasks.

I’m currently working on Firth of Fifth, I think it would need to be completely tempo-mapped out before you could work with it though. Then if you charted a part I should be able to import that back into my project.

I want to finish this song before working on any others, so that I have a good feel for how long it takes. I haven’t thought about what song to do next yet, but it probably won’t be 9 minutes long.

Yes, actually! All instruments are done on Expert on Lazarus (Thanks go to Meander for charting drums ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” /> ), but I’ll be a while on the reductions since I’m so busy making Pro Keys upgrades for the RB:HP.

 

Also, another Deadwing song is in the making… Not going to say which, just that it’s over 5 minutes in length.

 

Once I have a three-pack ready I’ll submit them to C3.
