Coheed & Cambria’s The Broken causes my Xbox to lock up on loading.I recorded video w/ it over the weekend without incident, but I’ll double-check the files tonight.
Should not matter, no. Everything looks OK but I’ll test it again in-game soon to be sure. Possible I revised something at some point and forgot to replace the file for upload…
One little issue I noted in the upgrade pack for this release – the Pro Guitar version of Holiday in Cambodia doesn’t extract correctly. Make sure to put the files in “holidayincambodia” – the .zip extracts them to “holidayincamobia“.

I know this project is on hold but I thought I’d let you know The Raconteurs – Salute Your Solution is freezing every time. I can’t get it to load at all, I even tried packaging it with the song alone for faster loading/test times and it just doesn’t work. Hopefully it’s something simple you overlooked? It shows up fine in the game with the Harmony Parts showing. Song loads fine on regular vocals but crashes on Harmony selection. Seems like an issue with the upgraded midi.
Someone fired me a message on FB about this last night.
If you feel comfortable doing it, you can open the .mid in your midi editor/DAW of choice (e.g. REAPER), delete the PART VOCALS track name event from the first track (leaving the HARM1 track name), and re-export it. It will work at that point.
When I release the PD upgrades Sideshow has sent me I’ll put a fix for it up with it. I’m honestly not sure how it got that way in the first place since I thought I tested with that .mid when doing video work.
