February 2, 2015 at 1:13 pm #437570Both of this weeks Linkin Parks song lock on the loading screen for me. Using normal version convert and the 10 sec delay convert.
:'(
I decrypted both songs (EDAT files) manually – please download both songs from the database as PS3 files and try again!
February 2, 2015 at 6:42 pm #437591heys everyone! Not much up with custom songs subject, but does anyone know how could you extract the entire song list you got in rock band easiest way? Not just customs, but the DLC, RB1,2,3 packs and all..?

The “a light that never comes’ RAR has an unexpected end of archive error, tried downloading several times. ;-(
February 2, 2015 at 10:04 pm #437610Okey trojannemo i tried to do things like they said on the forum thread. But each song from rock band got subfolder named songs. If i just copy all folders to songs to merge con tools doesn’t want to read sub-folders so i have to go to each song folder one by one and rename it. Is it possible to make it faster so that con tools to look in sub-folder? As all of dlc are in separate folder named songs.
February 2, 2015 at 10:08 pm #437611Maybe. Post a few example directory structures (just copy the folders/subfolder/subfolder/etc/ structure) showing where the songs.dta ends up in the mess of folders.
February 2, 2015 at 11:33 pm #437617okey folder structure is something like this: 29fingers/songs/ inside songs folder is song.dta and folder 29fingers where is gen folder, midi and mogg file. All folders have one folder too many as merge songs option I guess looks for files in just the first folder, and as all of my dlc got sub-folders named “songs” I would have to manually rename “songs” folders one by one for con tools to accept it and add it on the song list.
When I rename “songs” folder for each song to names 1,2,3 and so on they get on the list… the thing I would like is that con tools looks for the files needed for merging inside sub-folders as well, or just 1 more layer of directory so I can just copy all of my dlc songs directly into “songs to merge” folder, that way it would find the files that are in the “songs” folder as well. As it is now I have like 700 folders and I would have to manually rename them one by one.

The created RAR file works fine on my side.
I had some problems uploading the files yesterday (connection broke a several times).
I guess it has something to do with that.
I uploaded the file again, please try…

Heya
Thanks for redoing these songs. But these still hangup on the loading screen. The album art shows, the audio for the preview does not play when you select the somg from the list however. I’ve had other songs added at the same time as these that worked correctly.
Thx

I think it has nothing to do with a corrupted EDAT file if you ask me.
Unfortunately I don’t have the time to determine the issue now… ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” />
February 4, 2015 at 11:35 am #437704You guys are using the latest version of C3 CON Tools right? That sounds like the encryption issue that should have been fixed in the latest release.
February 4, 2015 at 3:19 pm #437707You guys are using the latest version of C3 CON Tools right? That sounds like the encryption issue that should have been fixed in the latest release. To be honest, no.
I’ll test it with the latest version asap.
February 4, 2015 at 3:22 pm #437708You’re killing me here. The previous version does NOT work because the audio is not being encrypted correctly. Current release should be working fine. Always make sure you’re running the latest release please.

Always make sure you’re running the latest release please.Well I didn’t use your 3.62 but an older version that used to work with the CONs…
But as I told you before: I will test it with your latest release asap!
