Hello all,

First of all, **HUGE** shout-out to my C3 neighbors Funk Meister Freud and his lovely wife

As many of you may have noticed, I’ve been doing upgrades to the existing Rush charts that have been floating around for some time now. In fact, I’ve made it my New Year’s resolution to have full band customs for *all* Rush songs by the end of this year. There are a select few, however, that I am leaving for other authors to complete, but that still leaves all the others that haven’t been claimed yet :haw:

Another shout-out I’d like to make would be to DoNotPassGo, my charting mate of choice . Check out his WIPs as well if you haven’t already

In addition to Rush, there are many other songs and bands I have always wanted to chart, especially Duran Duran’s Rio album. Does anyone remember this cinematic (about 6 seconds in)?

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jTJWZc-Xqyg

It shows the in-game characters sifting through a bunch of old LPs including the Rio and The Colour and the Shape albums. What’s always bugged me is the fact that the whole rest of The Colour and the Shape album has been released as DLC, but the Rio album has not (?!) (kudos to Farottone btw for releasing Save a Prayer )

Therefore, in addition to my Rush Rockband Resolution project, I’m also making it a personal goal of mine to finish the Rio album. Collabs are always welcome of course if anyone would like to help . You may have seen my release on the Customs database for Lonely In Your Nightmare I would very much like to add the other tracks from that album as well (I’ve actually got a Duran Duran lithograph above my bed complete with inserts and everything; it serves now as a constant reminder of the unfinished work to be had on such a fine album)

I’m also collaborating on a number of prog rock charts with other fine authors such as AJFOne23, nsw1-6 and Sideshow, just to name a few. Compared to most other authors throughout this forum, my WIP list is relatively short, so I’m actually open to suggestions or requests if anyone has any songs they would like added to the database

      Current WIPs

wtf you guys got to meet up? I need to plan a trip to Washington…

Looking forward to seeing more Rush! I’m always willing to collab on any Rush but seeing as I still haven’t finished our current collabs it might have to wait until I get more free time haha.

          That’s right. Small world, huh?

Also, no worries; whatever you have time for is greatly appreciated .

I’d like to share a little something from my favorite indie electronic band: Ganymede. Their sounds reach fondly into the past by utilizing 80s era synths and drum machines, but their style is more on par with modern dance music

If you’re into that sort of thing too, you’re awesome I’m finding it increasingly more difficult to find good smooth electronic music like this. And of course, I’d be more than happy to help anyone who would like to collab on this kind of music. Cheers
