Since I have two rock songs from the 70s in progress, I was thinking maybe it’d be cool to have a 70s rock pack.

I’m not too strict on the “rock” label, just as long as the song was from the 70s, and the song is viable for Rock Band playing.

      The songs so far are:

“Bad Case of Loving You (Doctor, Doctor)” – Robert Palmer (me)

      “Burn” – Deep Purple (me)

“Baby Come Back” – Player (farottone)

      Possible songs so far:

“On the Loose” – SAGA (show floor submission, sponsored by espher)

“You Make Loving Fun” – Fleetwood Mac (drummerockband)

        How firm are you on “70s”? <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif”>

        I have Saga’s “

” coming to me as a show room floor-style contribution from an RBHP contributor, and it would be a possible fit… I suppose it would be a good single to come out the same week, otherwise.

Personally I’d love to do some Klaatu but I don’t think I can deliver in a reasonable timeframe. Perhaps I can do a Dr. Hook single.

Would “Classic Rock” work for this too, Addy? Because if it would, Saga would fit.

I wouldn’t have a problem with the SAGA song. It doesn’t have to be only 70s songs.

As for genres, I’m fine with “Classic Rock” as long as the songs are fit for Rock Band play.

I might consider doing “You Make Loving Fun” by Fleetwood Mac if I can figure out the Pro Keys and Harmonies since those seem to be my weakest parts.

Sounds good, I added both songs to the list.
