The simplest way would probably be reading up on the tutorials and docs, learning how to tempo map and chart vocals in the process really. The only way to “do it quick and simple” would be to find a MIDI with a transcript of the vocals part, though even so you would still need to adjust the tempo map to the song and clean up the tube length and timing (and add vocal slides) according to the rules in the docs
