Hey guys!

It’s time for day 7’s second slot release, and there’s nothing better for a night like tonight than some moody post-punk coming from AFI’s latest album.

“Silver Bleeds the Black Sun…” sees the band return to an 80’s inspired post-punk sound they’ve dabbled with in the past, this time committing to the sound for the entire record. It’s the first time the band sat down to write an album with a specific and consistent tone. Like all of their previous albums, this one’s both familiar and also a departure from their previous sounds.
