February 12, 2018 at 6:51 am in reply to: Spiralshadow123’s WIP/Requests Thread (Update 4/2, new songs coming soon!) #495321Hi Russell,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m actually taking a break from customs right now, as I just don’t have the time for it. I’m not sure when I’ll be back, it could be a few months from now or it could be a year from now. But when I do come back, I’ll consider your suggestion ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” /> that song looks like it’d be a fun one.
60. December 14th, 6AM EST-12:00 CETDay of Metal: Gojira 4-packby Spiralshadow123To kick off the Day of Metal, I present you all with four prog masterpieces from French metal legends Gojira. It was initially my plan to have their entire album From Mars to Sirius done today, but due to time constraints I had to limit it to four songs. These are four of my favorite songs from the band, and are a blast to play on guitar and especially drums.Gojira – Flying WhalesGojira – SilveraGojira – Toxic Garbage IslandGojira – Ocean PlanetThis is also a kickoff of my Gojira: Rock Band project, where I will work my way to charting all six albums (and more, I’m sure) in Gojira’s discography. If you would like to help me with this, please send me a PM!Video previews of these can be found on my YouTube channel.Song count so far: 214The next author up at December 14th, 2PM EST-20:00 CET is Bansheeflyer, whose contribution comes from “an album about loss in the wake of an apocalypse”.Rush!!!! Thanks so much for this.
Great band. Not sure how well their songs would translate into the game, though. A lot of their songs don’t have guitar, to my knowledge.
November 1, 2017 at 6:24 am in reply to: DenVaktare’s Customs – 5/10/20 – Birthday Rock Radio (TooL Edition) – Tool: Disposition – Broadcast Interrupted! #492122Thanks for all the Rob Zombie tracks! I’ll be seeing him headline Knotfest this weekend, so this is helping build my hype.
October 11, 2017 at 2:38 pm in reply to: beard216’s C&C’s: (“Decompression Period” by Papa Roach! 9/20) #491393Well this is a very pleasant surprise! I’ve been meaning to add full band to “Stranded” for some time but never got around to it. Thank you!
On a related note, I have all instruments charted for “Silvera”, and will add it to the database once I have dryvox and venue done.
Edit: Oh, and full band for Testament and The Ocean! Badass.
Followed! Always looking for more Rock Band streamers to follow ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />
LATEST UPDATE 7/24 Mastodon Monday – Hearts Alive
GUITAR: Chips
BASS/VOCALS: RyanHYK
“Hearts Alive” continues Mastodon’s revisitation of the new wave of British heavy metal– and homage to the mysticism of the Viking Metal movement– by unleashing a sweeping 13-minute epic, briefly featuring some of their most gentle vocals to date. Indeed, the addition of actual sung vocals– while often suicidal to other metal bands– lends a coherence and humanity to Leviathan basically alien to Remission.
Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn! Nice work, guys, I can’t even imagine how long this must have taken to chart. Well worth the effort since this is one of their greatest songs!
July 9, 2017 at 4:19 pm in reply to: Kloporte’s customs (11/26: Nonagon Infinity opens the door) #487508Any help (especially on guitar/bass) would be appreciated by the way!
I’d be happy to help out but I’m currently away for a summer internship. If you would still like help (with anything, really) after Aug 19 shoot me a message!
July 7, 2017 at 6:09 am in reply to: Kloporte’s customs (11/26: Nonagon Infinity opens the door) #487426You are the BEST, Kloporte! Are you planning to finish the rest of this album as well? My dad and I always play Rock Band together, and he absolutely *loves* this album, so I think he would cry tears of joy if we could play through the whole thing front to back.
There’s already a custom for Meshuggah – Straws Pulled At Random. Are you starting from scratch or adding to that one?
All right y’all I have a 4th of July 2 pack that will either come out the day of or the day before. Let me know what you think. As for the tunes one should be obvious based on my recent activity but the 2nd is my first full band from a legendary artists sophomore album. And…………..go!
Ooooooohh super pumped for the “obvious” one. One of my favorites of theirs. We’re pretty close to completing the album at this point!
