    Hey C3 Community,
i was trying to get customs on wii and didn’t even understand what i need to do. I play on the actual console since i take my wii and the equipment to partys if i want to play with some friends. And since we want to play some newer songs i thought i could try to install some customs.
I hope that anyone of you can help me

I can help if you’d like. It took me awhile to figure it out myself, but it’s doable.

It could be an issue with the flash drive. Try reformatting it.

Some flash drives work better than others though, so this is no guarantee.

What brand of flash drive is it? I’ve found that PNY works the best (for me, at least)

If that doesn’t work, I can help walk you through how I got my customs to show up in game on the Wii. The problem I had was how I packed the songs. Atruejedi’s tutorial was a tremendous help

Packing is my specialty, ejthedj. Check out the Packing Like a Pro link in my signature.

Excellent. Thank you. Now it works <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />

I’ve been having troubles as well, but I have made some progress using the “How To” tutorial in the troubleshooting forums: http://customscreators.com/index.php?/topic/14630-how-to-playing-customs-on-wii/

The issue I’m having is with packing the songs. I’m not sure if I’m using the right file structure, so I’ve been trying to set up the _meta and _song files to properly match the required numbering format. When I load them into the game, the song file loads, but it’s missing the album art and it displays an error message whenever I try to play one: *[songname] cannot be restored to the Wii System Memory*

I feel like I’ve almost got it, but there’s something I’m missing in order to fully load the custom. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />

Hi there. Sorry it took so long to respond. I’ve been really busy lately with the covid 19 bs. I can join now if you’ve still got room

That depends on the song. What projects do you need help with?

For the 360, one thing I’ve found that helps is to use C3 Con Tools to group the songs in to packs using the Pack Creator. It drastically reduces the load time for songs and helps with playability as you get more and more songs on there.

How about “We Be Burnin’?” by Sean Paul?! <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” /> Does that count?
