do you take any requests for non weezer stuff?thanks. I guess we’re nearing the end of the weezer stuff, not as many people coming by. maybe try and get to 100 weezer songs and call it quits. Maybe try other non-weezer stuff but my charting skills are limited. Let me know what you’re looking for and after all this I might give it a shot.
Anyone else having an issue with putting all of these Weezer songs in one mega pack? I have 59 of them (all but the Christmas stuff) when I pack them up using C3 CON Tools v3.6.7 only 37 of them show in game. I’ve deleted my song cache and rebuilt the pack twice with the same issue. If I look through the con file with con explorer all 59 songs are present. Just wondering if it’s just me with this problem.
So playing around with them more. I decided to try all 59 of them in a larger pack containing a total of 203 songs. Not only did half the Weezer songs not show in game but only 40 of the other assorted songs showed. Rebuilt the pack minus the Weezer and they all showed. Something is up with this.
sorry blackheart I’ve been away since my Xbox “RROD” and I’m still trying to deal with that issue. Anyway if there’s something I’m doing wrong or anything I can do to help please let me know. I never knew Of this issue since I don’t pack them. Actually I don’t recommend packing them since I make updates weekly. Anyway if I’m compiling them incorrectly please let me know and I will re do all of them for you. I’m sure it’s a simple setting in magma but I don’t know what it is. And I cannot test since I’m without an Xbox for a bit. I’m trying to figure out what will be the best easiest way to start over. Again my apologies and if I find anything I’ll update this thread.

Edit: Had some free time tonight so here it is. If all 59 non Christmas Weezer songs are packaged up these do not show and if other songs are in the pack they will disrupt other songs from showing as well.

Seems if listed alphabetically starting with with R is where most of these songs go missing (counting the T in “the” as the first letter of the song name that is). I’m of the mind that somewhere around there lays the source of this issue.
Re Edit: Something is up with Put Me Back Together (Rich Costly Mix) which is alphabetically the last song before Ruling Me and all the other no shows. I was using Con Tools to batch rename all of the songs and it will not rename that song from it’s current name of “Weezer – Put Me Back Together (Rich Costey”. For example to rename all the songs by Song – Artist it skips that one.

blackheart thanks for your findings. I will take a look next week. I went through a few songs in magma earlier in the week and I can’t see anything strange. Maybe I will recompile each and every song when I have time. I’m actually tempted to take them all down, fix all the errors or missing notes and release everything at once. In hindsight it’s what I should have done from the start instead of releasing songs while learning. Things got out of control quickly. I never expected to share all these songs as I didn’t see much interest in weezer on the boards. Some decisions to make because I want to add harmonies too.
