I’m in to a lot of genres and I respect people requesting death metal and obscure stuff, but this is a party game for party people. Having a party with my friends and family I don’t think Decapitated or Cannibal Corpse would really fit the mood…

We really should find a way to avoid getting multiple charters to work for nothing on the same custom, happened to me a lot and I’m pretty sure it happened to other peeps

Agreed but in this case there already was, as it has been in my w.i.p. thread for quite some time and it was actually mentioned in this very discussion thread

I know that many authors try to keep their “surprises” as, you know…”surprises”, but if you write out the artist and song title in a works-in-progress thread for yourself, it will show up in forum search and will let others know that you’re already working on it. It can also lead to future collaborations (if somebody knows you’re working on a particular song that they want, they may offer to help with various parts of it), too.

I am guilty of this.
But I’m also proof that putting your WIPS out there can lead to some amazing collaboration opportunities.

Impossible. Anyone working on customs since the dawn of time has known that you can work on something that someone else or even Harmonix might release tomorrow, that’s the hard truth. It happened to me many times and there is no way around it. WIPs are often times filled with songs that the author won’t work on for years, if he works on them at all, so they’re not reliable.
Updated list with a bunch of songs recently added to the database. Thank you Spindoctor/MrPrezident/Nunchuk/Syg!
Re-formatted list to group all “removed” songs together. I think it’s a little easier to read now.
Added a few more songs (colored in “green” font), including a new section for hip-hop.
