This man was up their with Robert Plant as far as talent and influence behind the mic. He went far too young. Rest in peace in the sweet sunshower of the black hole sun <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” />

I’m once again devastated by news of one of my musical heroes passing on. Chris Cornell touched me with his amazing voice and meaningful lyrics.

Great choice of songs for such a sad thing. Sunshower is on our list and will become a Funhouse custom soon, I hope.

As sadness holds us, we remember!

We will always miss one of the greatest voices in all of music.

Much love to family and those close to him. Their loss must be unimaginable.

He simply just didn’t deserve to go so soon, but if there’s anything up or down there, he’s probably with Kurt and Layne, and they’re gonna make one hell of a supergroup.

Another guy I didn’t get to see live. (sigh)
Rest In Peace, Chris. You will be missed.

I never was a grunge fan but he probably had the best singing voice of any “mainstream” singer. Very sad about the passing of a brilliant artist at that young age.

Well, I know what I’m gonna be playing today.

Why Cornell? Such a talented man…

No way. Tell me this is a dream…

Cornell was one of my heroes, even some of the basis for my singing technique. Super sad to see him go, especially at such a young age.

Such a sad loss for all his fans. I was lucky enough to see him in Toronto a long time ago, he was amazing to watch.

There’s two things every rocker wants: a Gibson Les Paul and Cornell’s singing voice.

I’ve decided to release something ASAP in honor of Chris Cornell. It’s last minute so it’s not something I’d really like to do in his honor but it will do for now. Stay tuned.
