kuellerParticipantFollowed this band a little back when they started. I heard from someone they’re no longer active though. Hard to confirm since they’re silent on all accounts.

BornGamerRobParticipantIt’s been a year today from when I uploaded my first custom into the database. Since then, it’s been a crazy ride that’s contained lots of work, lots of emotion and a lot of new entries for rock band. Below is what I was up to in that year, brought to life visually through an infographic. I hope year two is just as productive and I thank everyone who helped me out as I got up to speed on this crazy custom lifestyle.

AtruejediParticipant
But seriously, I’m dazzled and jealous. A beautiful, professional, stylish infographic. I love shiz like this, and I find it fascinating. If I ever get to 50 customs and want to compile something like this, I promise it’ll just be plain text
” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” />I am curious how you broke down how much time you spent authoring different aspects of your customs. I feel like I spend way too much time testing, but that’s probably because I’m a Wii user and there’s no easy way to do it. I’m jealous of those low testing hours! Also curious how you computed how much time CAT saved you.
Keep up the fantastic work. Here’s to another 50… thousand.

B. You’ll get to 50, I’m sure of it!
C. I didn’t use exact numbers, as I never punched a clock; however, I used averages balanced by the learning curve at the beginning and supplemented by efficiencies I gained as I went. Thus the average. I also don’t test every instrument, as it’s almost impossible for me to play some of those crazy guitar riffs and solos. I understand the concept, but my coordination with that plastic instrument is middling at best. I’ve gotten good at authoring drums and vocals, so the play test on those go quick. Usually it’s minor alterations unless I’ve totally screwed something up good. Thus, the average numbers.
D. I use CAT sparingly. Mostly because I’m a control freak with certain things. So I really only use it to do reductions, vocal overdrive and drum animations. That one I did a straight calculation on since it’s takes roughly the same time every time. Sometimes I have to adjust things more than others, but it’s pretty consistent.
