Im Westen nichts Neues, but I thought I should tidy up the opening post a bit, so that it actually communicates what I’m trynig to work on.
My laptop woes seem to have subsided a bit for now and I’m happy to be able to lay down some midi notes again. Even though the time to do so is scarce at the moment.

Removed some Otis, added some Otis.
Finally removed the Beatles, added some Jackie Wilson
Removed some Screamin’ Jay, added Dionne Warwick, Anouk and the Righteous Brothers.
Removed some Jimi, added Manu Chao and Opus.
This will mostly be 2017 stuff but more than a few of the older titles are nearing a state close to release.
Removed some Otis, added some Otis.

Spring Cleaning
Removed the Righteous Brothers added another Sam and Dave songRemoved some Screamin’ Jay added Four Tops
Removed a Jimi Hendrix Experience song and added a couple more.Some songs are compiled and ready to be tested.

Jimi369 is that Sledgehammer custom good to go? I ask because its FB and you updated it years ago with drum correction and yet it seems to have never left your WIP thread, not even in the database.
Worth a download? If so, I would recommend uploading to the database I’m sure a lot of people (like me) aren’t aware this track is done…or done-ish.

The old one really is not worth keeping, let alone playing. So I shan’t be sharing that one anymore.
The status of the song is that I completely started over with a non-multitrack version.
Guitar and normal keys (can’t do pro) are left to be charted, plus testing and fixing.
I expect/intend to release it shortly, although that could change.
What is the condition of “Everybody Needs Somebody to Love” test version provided at the link on a previous page? What is it still missing, considering it’s been there FIVE years without being released?

I cant say that Im completely back yet, but small steps.First I will try to get my old stuff reuploaded (God save the Queen that is. Narcotic is back online already, warts and all).
Red House was redone, completely and I can honestly say that I have never been proud of a guitar part before, but here I was. It was great just listening to the midi I made. And it is gone now. Stupid crash, my last backup was a little too long ago. Same for the other big ones ENSTL and YCCMA. There are older backups, but that will amount to doing things over completely, again. I will do it eventually.
There is still a Jackie Wilson song that is done and that I need to send for testing.
Right now Im working on a custom with the one and only AJFOne, doing vocals and trying bass.
After that, we will see how things go.
