I’ll say that Remember the Name was played at my pub last night to a very surprised and excited crowd. I was on keys so wasn’t paying much attention to the lyrics, but the guy singing, who is usually very good at rapping, was out of breath more than once. Fun stuff.

Also id love to know how you got the Multitracks, was Linkin Park so nice as to give them to you, or are they common to find on the internet?

Well, one of those Linkin Park songs, Bleed it Out, was on guitar hero (maybe the others were GH DLC?) so that’s probably where that came from
Is the Bleed It Out released this week the same one found in the thread by Oreo?The answer to this question is always the same: no. C3 release are not duplicates of songs released in the Other Customs subforum.

First, you have to believe. If you already believe, then the first step is to sing the Multitrack Song. It’s very similar in format to the Imagination Song in South Park. If you sing it right, then you’ll arrive at Multitrack City. Once there, follow the gold star road until you get to Rock Center – you’ll know when you get there. Once in Rock Center go to the GO Chord Bar by Overdrive Lane. Ask for The Engineer. If the bouncer gives you a hard time, just say that The Designer sent you. You might need to play John the Fisherman on air plastic guitar. Varies on the bouncer that night. Anyways, once you meet The Engineer, he will take you to a room in the back. You’ll think you’re there, he’ll try to trick you showing you a few multitracks from Foo Fighters, Queen, Metallica. You know better. Tell him you want to see the real stuff. At this point, you might need to dazzle The Engineer with some air upstrumming, some blast beats if he’s feeling mean. If you succeed though, he will finally take you to the Multitrack Room, where the real good stuff is kept. It truly is an audiophile’s Valhalla. I wish I could describe it to you, but I think it’s a much richer experience to allow you to experience it all on your own when you get there.
I think that’s it. That’s how I used to get my multitracks back when I used to author. Mind you some details here and there might have changed, what with all the new tools available.
Well, one of those Linkin Park songs, Bleed it Out, was on guitar hero (maybe the others were GH DLC?) so that’s probably where that came fromI can’t speak for the author obviously so I don’t where they got the multitracks, but I know at least one of those songs can’t be from GH. A Light That Never Comes is just over a year old, so GH was already done by the time it came out.
However the multitracks were obtained, though, I’m extremely grateful for these releases. xD The version of Bleed It Out I have has some audio quirks and is really hard to play as a result, and I love A Light That Never Comes, never expected to see it in Rock Band so that’s an awesome surprise. Thank you for the hard work.
We usually don’t love to discuss multitracks publicly, except of course for those coming from other games, which are public knowledge.
