Magma is saying I have an idle event at the beginning in my “part drums” but I can’t see it there or anywhere else in the track. I’ve looked in the events track just in case and nothing. Is it perhaps named as something else or am I just missing something? The text event at the bottom that is at 1:1:000 is PART DRUMS but thats it.

try putting a [play] event somewhere after 3.1.00

Check the *other* tracks, if you have any other instruments. This is one that Magma often attributes to some other track.

I have muted all my other tracks except beat, events, count in, audio and venue. That said I went through every track but I still can’t find it. Also putting the [play] in hasn’t worked either, do I need to put an [end] for it?

Sounds like your Magma is out of date. Here’s what I get using your file with Magma: C3 Roks Edition 3.2.2:

 

The [music_start] event in EVENTS track is too early in the track

Please move it to the appropriate place and try again

This causes MagmaCompiler to go crazy and give you nonsense errors

 

So, move your [music_start] to the usual 3.1… and update Magma while you’re at it. Though my 3.2.2. is out of date too ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif”>

I thought I was using the latest update haha, I’m using V3.2.5

Nevermind I just got it to work. I just had to move the music start up, duh. Thanks guys for your helpm I should hopefully have this up for people to try out in the next week or so. It’s my first custom so I want to try everything at least once first, so I have alot ahead of me haha.
