Anyone like the Valley Girl songtrack?

I know I bought the Modern English song and there is 1 or 2 songs by Men At Work and Psych Furs is on there…

It is really a great CD!

    1. A Million Miles Away – The Plimsouls

    2. Johnny, Are You Queer? – Josie Cotton

    3. Eyes Of A Stranger – Payolas

    4. Angst In My Pants – Sparks

    5. Who Can It Be Now? – Men At Work

    6. Everywhere At Once – The Plimsouls

    7. I La La La Love You – Pat Travers’ Black Pearl

    8. He Could Be The One – Josie Cotton

    9. Love My Way – Psychedelic Furs

    10. Jukebox (Don’t Put Another Dime) – The Flirts

    11. The Fanatic – Felony

    12. She Talks In Stereo – Gary Myrick & The Figures

    13. Oldest Story In The World – The Plimsouls

    14. School Is In – Josie Cotton

    15. I Melt With You – Modern English

It *is* an excellent soundtrack – and I can recall trying to track it down on CD before the internet took care of such things. The Plimsouls tracks are great, but if I could I would only ask for two songs – 3 and 7. They would both make solid RB tracks.

    Duran duran – Ordinary World

Electric Light Orchestra – Last train to London

The last one is vital since its one of the greatest hits from ELO and the song is not on the list of available songs from ELO!

This game really needs Peter Gabriel’s Sledgehammer, I can’t believe it hasn’t been charted yet.

As a profound lover of Eighties music, anything mentioned thus far would quite well satisfy me.

I’d say something by Winter Rose but that would probably be a long shot lol. I’d be happy with anything from the Third Stage Album by Boston

There were a bunch of 80s (as well as late 70s) groups that we got in Rock Band after RB3 came out with the keyboard, particularly in the New Wave/Post-Punk genre, I had hoped it meant we would see more from those groups but outside of the initial releases for the most part we didn’t get much else. Then some groups such as Duran Duran came out way before RB3 that totally need keys and harmonies. Anyways, here’s a sort of dream list of songs I’d had hoped would come out for RB, hopefully some of them get customs someday:

The Cure – Boys Don’t Cry, Killing an Arab, In Between Days, The Hanging Garden

Depeche Mode – Everything Counts, Strangelove, Halo, Enjoy The Silence

Duran Duran – Save A Prayer, Planet Earth, The Reflex, New Moon On Monday

Echo and the Bunnymen – Lips Like Sugar, Ripeness, Bring On Dancing Horses, Seven Seas

Erasure – Chains of Love, Oh l’Amour, Who Needs Love Like That

A Flock of Seagulls – Space Age Love Song, Wishing

The Human League – Love Action (I Believe In Love), The Lebanon, Seconds

INXS – Original Sin, Devil Inside, New Sensation, Listen Like Thieves

Joy Division – Transmission, She’s Lost Control, Shadowplay, Dead Souls

Morrissey – Everyday Is Like Sunday, Suedehead, Interesting Drug, Last of The Famous Int’l Playboys

New Order – Dreams Never End, Age of Consent, Temptation, The Perfect Kiss, 1963

Oingo Boingo – Dead Man’s Party, Just Another Day, Little Girls

Siouxsie & The Banshees – Arabian Knights, Happy House, Christine, Spellbound

The Smiths – The Boy With The Thorn In His Side, Bigmouth Strikes Again, There is A Light That Never Goes Out

Soft Cell – Where Did Our Love Go?, Sex Dwarf

The Stone Roses – I Wanna Be Adored, She Bangs The Drum, Mersey Paradise

Tears For Fears – Mad World, Mother’s Talk, Pale Shelter

Where can I find the The Cure, Depeche Mode, A Flock Of Seagulls, INXS, New Order, and Soft Cell?

You misread his post. That’s songs he wants in the game, not songs he has

Now that’s how you get the hype machine going, woke up to a full 80s themed C3 site.

Let’s see what cool songs C3 had been cooking
