Trouble downloading RBN plugin

I’ve successfully downloaded both reaper Reaper 4.22 and MagmaC3v332 but when I attempt to download the RBN tools through the pinned thread I’m unable to download it. The link isn’t broken as it does go to the standard C3 download page, just missing the download button.

Could someone check to see if it’s a problem with the file or download page or just something wrong on my end?
And if it is a problem on my end does anyone have any suggestions on what I should try in order to fix it?
Try this post. We’re having some problem with Google’s security warnings, so in an attempt to figure out what’s causing it, the tools have been taken offline for a short while.
