A question about TU4

Am I correct in thinking that, if you can press back to activate star power on vocals, that means RBtoUSB has correctly put TU4 in place?
Well, I wasn’t sure if the animation thing applied to all customs, or just improperly made ones.
I got a new flash drive in the hopes it would resolve my issues in the other thread and I’m not sure if it has yet, and I was trying to make sure I had TU4 on it properly because I wasn’t totally sure… a lot of the menus looked, well, different. Not really sure how to describe it. Like the transparency was less than I was used to. I thought it might be due to TU4 or lack therof, but maybe not.
