Customs for Rockband 2?

      I recently got Rockband 3 for Christmas, but it’s the Madcatz version. I have Rockband 2 in the EA version. Is there any way to get customs on RB2 or do i have to buy RB3 EA?

        You would be limited to playing only songs that were authored in the legacy RB format.

        In this community, majority songs are authored in the RBN2 format, and therefore, are not compatible with Rock Band 2.

            There’s ways to play customs on the Madcatz version, but it requires modding your Xbox in some fashion, so unless you’re into that, you’ll probably wanna start looking around for an EA version of RB3 <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” />

              It’s not too hard to find them. I bought a new one off Ebay for $25 to keep as a spare. Just make sure to message the seller first and get them to confirm it’s the correct version, by verifying the logos on the front of the game case.

                That’s good, I bought it for $40 as it had a picture that was done with a camera and not a picture from a website.
