Finally decided to go through and chart some bass on a song I’m working on. Grabbed a midi of it and tweaked it to fit right. However, Magma is spitting out:
ERROR: MIDI Compiler: (PART BASS): Cannot parse event 0xe0 at [7]
I have done guitar before and it has worked fine, so I’m wondering is it because I’ve used a MIDI or not? Also is there a way to fix without using the C3 automation tool? Only because I dont know how to actually install them into reaper.
Heres my project: http://www.mediafire.com/download/hcoys … use+V5.RPP
At the dropdown menu in the lower left corner that currently should say “text events” most likely, open it up and check if there is a black dot next to any other things than “text events” and “velocity”. If there is, go into that option and delete whatever MIDI events is in it
Worked perfectly thank you
