The REVOLUTION!! one made me thing of Prince & The Revolution, but that’s probably wishful thinking. But wishing all the same.
And the only sharing band names that immediately comes to mind is One Direction. Which would definitely have that contrast with any of the other guesses to the others on the list.
- Even though it’s not from the film, I’m in lesbians with this song.
Plumtree – Scott Pilgrim, probably, since that would be what inspired the name of the graphic novels/movie.
#3 definitely seems to be Metallica – Whiskey in the Jar if by most recent it means out of the 3 acts in Rock Band.
The best I can imagine for #4 is something with Sweet Home Chicago since if I recall there was something about it maybe being about California originally. But that seems like an unlikely choice given the hint so.

- This classic band is sure to keep those werewolves coming at you at bay when listening to them.
- This band, who brings two songs this week, are named after someone who was very important in the creation of AC/DC.
My best guess for these two are Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band ( Night Moves??? ) and Tesla. ( Tesla made Alternating Current energy, Edison made Direct Current energy. AC/DC, and Edison isn’t a band as far as I know. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” /> )
- A deep cut from a Canadian act who has never seen an official DLC release but has frequently been authored by customs artists and have previously made their C3 debut.
- A third track from this hard rock acts’s second album debuts in Rock Band, in the same month that the album celebrates a multiple-decade anniversary.
- A single off this German act’s third album adds to their existing entries in their Rock Band catalogue.
Arcade Fire, something from Nine Inch Nail’s The Downward Spiral, and probably Rammstein? That’s the best I can come up with.
