I don’t post around here too terribly often, but I just wanted to say thank you so much to all of the guys who have made C3 possible. It has given me something new and exciting to look forward to every single week. Everybody who has authored, put effort into, and released even one song for this project — be it through the forums or through C3 officially — just kicks so much ass and I am so proud to have been even just an incredibly small part of this forum.
I look forward to seeing what comes out of the new customs archive and for what the future brings with RB4. I’ll see some of you there, I’m sure. Again, thank you guys and gals so much. You’re all just incredible.
With compatibility for existing libraries (which would mean buying an Xbone for me I guess…) and the definitive end of official keys support, as if that wasn’t already obvious from the latest dlc.The blurb doesn’t mention pro-guitar/bass though.
And does this mean we’ll be able to buy an export for Rock Band 3 (and get Crosstown traffic for Rock Band Blitz*)?
*No, I don’t see hell freezing over on short term. But thanks for asking.
“Q: What instruments will be playable? Wiill RB4 have Pro guitar and keys?
A: Rock Band 4 will focus on the core experience and the roots of the franchise – guitar, bass, drums, and vocals. There will be no Pro Guitar or key support in Rock Band 4. We will continue to support “Pro†mode for Drums.”
October 2, 2014 at 2:41 am in reply to: Kloporte’s customs (11/26: Nonagon Infinity opens the door) #430279I was planning on doing Threshold one of these days but I’m honestly glad someone else got to it before me. Lost my motivation to get it done. That said, I can’t wait to play your version! I’ve got a “We Are Sex Bob-Omb” custom posted on my thread too if you wanna give that a go.
This thread made my day. I’m a huge fan of Pinkerton-era Weezer and I’m happy to get anything new from them. I definitely never expected to be able play “I Just Threw Out the Love of My Dreams” in Rock Band. Thank you so much and I can’t wait to play these later this week.
Any more Pinkerton on the way? Or any deep cuts like Paperface or Brightening Day?
The two Spinal Tap packs are showing up as one dollar each on the Xbox.com marketplace. Get them before it’s too late!
Number three might be One Fine Day by The Offspring? I remember reading a couple years back about how some anime directly ripped from that song…
Found it!

As long as you keep me credited and link back to this thread whenever you post it somewhere, it’s fine by me.

May 2, 2014 at 3:20 pm in reply to: Saint Harri’s Customs: (5/9/2014) August by Rilo Kiley updated with dryvox courtesy of C16! #419311Updated We Are Sex Bob-Omb once again with a few minor fixes…
– Fixed drum fill note alignment
– Fixed lyrics in vocal chart
– Shortened some vocal tubes down in length
Thanks to BravoGangUS and troipoision for the constructive criticism! Consider the song finished for now. Pitched vocals may come some day when you least expect it though, so stay tuned!
April 30, 2014 at 11:06 pm in reply to: Oreo’s Customs or Bust – (27/05/16) Three Days Grace – Riot #419190You’re welcome guys! I’ve been waiting long enough for it too to just decide “Fuck it I’ll do it myself”. Don’t expect C3 standard, but it’s at least complete! Also, choose what I convert next between;NIN – Wish
Phoenix – Everything Is Everything
AFI – Dancing Through Sunday
or Silversun Pickups – There’s No Secrets This Year
All of those sound fantastic but I’d like to see Dancing Through Sunday first. Also, is there any chance you’ll convert Sic Transit Gloria from GH DLC?
April 30, 2014 at 6:55 pm in reply to: Oreo’s Customs or Bust – (27/05/16) Three Days Grace – Riot #419183I’ve been waiting for anything by Brand New ever since I got into the customs scene. Thank you so much!

April 30, 2014 at 6:08 am in reply to: Saint Harri’s Customs: (5/9/2014) August by Rilo Kiley updated with dryvox courtesy of C16! #419160I’ve been working on a BPM chart for garbage truck. If you get it out before I do, good on you. I can step back and let you do your stuff if you want to.(Alternately, I don’t mind helping with vox if you need it, but I’ve got an ever-growing list of other peoples’ songs needing my vocal work.)
I’d love some help charting vox for Scott Pilgrim songs. If you’re willing to help with We Are Sex Bob-Omb, I can shoot you a PM and give you the project file.
April 30, 2014 at 5:14 am in reply to: Saint Harri’s Customs: (5/9/2014) August by Rilo Kiley updated with dryvox courtesy of C16! #419157Somehow nobody has charted the Sex Bob-Omb songs from Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, so I’ve taken it upon myself to (eventually) chart all four of them.
Drums and guitar are fully charted, have overdrive, and are completely finished unless somebody points out any big issues that need to be fixed. I’ll have a final version with completed bass and vocal tracks uploaded sometime this week. Let me know what you think!
