you know whats weird is that Ive been working on this Reaper project on my laptop and it shows D0,C#0, and C0 as the wrong MIDI numbers BUT when I load the file on my desktop it shows it correctly on note numbers 24-26…..

But I still don’t hear any drum pattern on the practice mode in the game….

So looking over the rbn docs specifically here:

    http://pksage.com/rbndocs/index.php/Mix_and_MIDI_Setup#EVENTS_Track

In the EVENTS track it says:

The EVENTS track can also be used for special timekeeping notes during Practice Mode. The following MIDI notes in EVENTS will play sounds in Practice Mode alongside the isolated stem when slowed below 100% speed:

    • D0 (26): Hi-hat sample
    • C#0 (25): Snare sample
    • C0 (24): Kick drum sample

However, in my version of Reaper 4.22, in the EVENTS track D0 is not (26), C#0 is not (25), and C0 is not (24). In my version of Reaper 4.22 its: D0 is (14), C#0 is (13), and C0 is (12)

i’ve tried to put the drum beats in D0, C#0, and C0 respectively and when i compile it and test it out on RB3 in the practice mode, I don’t hear any drums when i reduce the speed below 100%

    anybody has any similar issues?

so i’m guessing you can’t have all three on stage then? keyboardist, guitar, and bass player?

play marker on the Guitar/Bass track in the text events as [play] right?

I just realized something…… When you are playing pro keys is the guitarist playing with you or is it the bass player?

I have a question about that as well as my bass/guitarist is not strumming at all with the right hand….. I’m only charting Keys but i did put a strumming rhythm pattern in the bass track under EXPERT Blue (Midi 99) only on that note. I only want to get the bass to strum right but he isn’t doing anything but dancing and waving his/her arms. Everyone else is animating correctly. Please help!

Nevermind, I had already manually entered in the drum midi for the animations and they work now. I will try it on my next song

I’m starting off from the top functions Create Drum animations, Create Pro Keys animations. the C3 Reaper template already had a Beat track

The window pops up. I do have music_start and music_end events in the EVENTS track. I am using the C3 Reaper template. Am I to use these functions in the EVENTS track? or in each individual track? ex: Part Keys, Part Drums, Part Bass, Part Guitar, Part Vocals?
