      Thanks for the great releases.

Heads up on the Kim Wylde song. It has the exact same name as The Muff’s version of that tune on the PS3.

That hoses up the ability for the PS3 to see it. It’s kinda like duplicate song ID’s (I think).

If you could change the base name of that one to something like “kwkidsinamerica” or simiar, I suspect that’ll fix the PS3 issues.

      Thanks!!

        GEEEZ!!

        NVM.

I forgot to select the notes before doing Shift+L,

So one last issue, Shift+L lyric apply is not doing anything.

I believe my text file is solid.

Checked all the Reaper settings and they look good.

I tried this on an older project that previously worked and I’m seeing the same lack of functionality.

            Yeah…..dumbass mistakes on my part.

Illegal notes in drum track were the issue there.

On VOX, I apparently have never utilized auto phrasing b/c none of my previous lyric files used @.

            That’s new stuff for me.

            Thanks for the great tips!

            Fixed it all!

              Ty.

My biggest hurdle is that I took an extended break from charting.

It challenging to spin everything up again.

Understand the drum answer but not the@ thing for phrases. Is that in user manual for the tool?

Thank you for helping me on this Dash.

Is there a way for me to delete my entry in the database so this one comes up as the sole version?

                  Gep

                    So here’s the story….

I’ve got a huge garage wiring project I’m starting, so my customs work is halting for a while.

There are 3 songs I’ve been working on that we are regularly playing with just Vox (’cause that’s what we do).

I wanted to share them and invite anyone wanted to take a stab at collaborating to take a look.

Each has a great MIDI source file for charting the other parts. However, the pro key stuff is outta my league.

PM me if you want to dive into any of these and I’ll share the Reaper stuff with ya!

Remember, I have these mainly ready for SINGING. I’m putting them up here because I’m not sure how long it will be before I can devote the needed time to move these forward. Be kind.

This one is my FAVORITE Evanescence song. Vocals are in good shape I think.

                    Pro Keys are expert only.

I authored right hand only, with some left hand where things are light on the other hand.

This song’s keys are really outside my authoring comfort zone, so I’m not sure on the PK part.

I’ve started doing the strings for guitar, and they are about halfway done.

Any Pro Key folks out there that want an authoring challenge, please have a look at this chart.

I’m stumped as to it’s playability.

                    And YAY, another Evanescence song.
I pulled this one from the ‘dead links/projects’ repository and redid the Reaper for it.

My intention was to complete G/B/K for this.

So far, I added Bass and fixed some phrasing/overdrive items on Vox.

I’d like to know who originally authored this so I can give credit.

Dahnlee got in my head and figured out I was working on this one.

Tempo map was a total bitch.

This has delayed me completing drums/bass/guitar/sax on keys

The vocals are about 80-85% there with the outro part being where I have some pitching issues.

                    Gep

Is the weird look to the Visualizer images caused by that zoom problem you were talking about, or something else?

Yes. I rescaled my Windows 10 to 100%, and now it’s working again.

They should all be fixed now.

                          Thanks Far.

I suspect that might be the problem.

With this song, I have the option of clipping the intro and doing a ‘radio cut’ version, which is way easier.

I may try this and get the tempo map corrected, then ask for some further advice to get the intro added later.

I’d love to take advantage of this for my songs.

I use a PS3, and it’s a true PITA to get a preview from what I can tell.

Thanks if you have time to do these!

Since you mastered authoring the sax in “Only the Lonely”, perhaps “Harden My Heart” might be a follow-up? :haw:

And thanks for the Motels – I love that song!!!

                              Anything is possible! :smug:

I’ll check on the drum overdrive thing hotfuzz

                                You are quite correct there!

I definitely have some other stuff in the channel from that period.

                                Just need time to chart.

That’s been discussed before in this thread. You can’t use magnification on Windows or it breaks screen captures. Nothing I can do about it.

Sent from my Galaxy Note 4 using Tapatalk Pro.

                                  Thanks.

I’m not using magnification/zoom, but I do have my fonts/icons scaled 125%, if that’s what you are referring to.

It worked on 7 but not 10, so I’ll switch it back when doing Visualizations.

Win 10 font scaling is shite. Fuzzy looking crap. :bang:
