Boy howdy! I’ve been waiting for some Genesis in RB since 2009! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
Thread from dead rises for a test post.

Ian Thomas. Beauty, eh?
I’d a gone with Hold On, but then it wouldn’t be as obscure. 😉
When this happens, most often it’s because the song cache contains a previous version of the song. If this is the case then you can either;
Change SongID and filename in Magma, and rebuild, or;
Delete and rebuild your song cache.
I think you mean two instruments. I build single instrument customs all the time and play them without any hitch.
Yeah, you’re probably right. It’s been a while…
I’ll stop now.
Be aware that a single instrument custom requires a (silent) crowd track in order for Magma to build a con free of audio glitches.
Here’s a couple of ’70s classics from Babe Ruth that I’m surprised have not been attempted by someone.
The Mexican
Wells Fargo
Pure, unadulterated evil.
You a baaaaaad man.
At it’s most expansive, mine was configured like this…
From left to right.
The first three cymbals (two piezo pizza pans, CY-, rubber pads (PD- and snare/alt-snare (PD-85/BT-1) are the ‘electronic’ portion of the kit. These triggers, along with the chick pedal (FD- below them and the kick (KD- on the right, control a relatively ancient TD-6V brain.
Next up, the main kit drives a TD-20X and TD-30 and is comprised of a hi-hat (VH-12), crash (CY-13R), china (CY-13R), and gong (CY-.
At the centre are the double-kick (KD-140), snare (PD-125XS), and above that the familiar RB layout for the toms (PD-105 x 2, PD-125 x 2).
Above that, the cymbals are ride (CY-12R/C), bell (CY-5), hi-hat (VH-13), open hat (CY-, ride (CY-15R), crash (CY-13R), tambourine (CY-5), crash (CY-14C), and splash (CY-5).
The last three are percussion, cowbell (PD-, bongo (PDX-, and block (BT-1).

Select all instances of hihat.wav
Item Properties (F2)
Choose new file…
Don’t forget to save the template when you’re done.
I would tend to agree with Alternity. It’s been my experience that the cheap USB-MIDI don’t always work properly in all applications.
I’ve used an earlier version of this one successfully.
Just to make sure you’re connecting everything correctly…
Drums via USB to PC
USB-to-MIDI via USB to PC
MIDI-Ox should be used to route the input from the drums to the output of the USB-to-MIDI
USB-to-MIDI Out to MPA In
MPA via USB to PS3

One quibble tho, Barrel has only one ‘l’.
Thanks again. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
