Rock Band 4 DLC.
Ah, I see. Usually lists the DLC in the artist search.
I’m just getting into The Cure and downloaded all the customs (31 of them!!!!) and was shocked to not find “Lovesong” in there. I only knew like 3 Cure songs and that is the biggest.
I would love to see a couple covers from the Pisces Iscariot bonus disk. Cinnamon Girl and Jackie Blue. I love Jimmy Chamberlain’s intro on Jackie!
No, you just need to redownload the license for those files. This is not a customs or Rock Band issue, any DLC for any game needs relicensing when you switch consoles. I think this has been asked and answered more than 10 times though.
Oh thanks. I hadn’t looked in years. Microsoft was saying there wasn’t a solution during all the red ring of death days. LOL
It’s a licensing problem with the DLC for xbox. I’ve had problems with it for years. If you attempt to play dlc on an xbox that is not the one you purchased it from, it follows your gamertag so you can still play, but you have to be connected to xbox live to verify it’s really you. So, since you cannot be on xbox live and run tu4, there is no way to play an old xbox’s dlc along with customs.
Sucks for me, my original xbox died somewhere between the 2 alice in chains song packs so half are playable, half are not. Some other favorites, pearl jam 10, cars album, boston pack all on the wrong xbox license. It also sucks, if you switch back and forth between TU4 and TU5 on xbox live, alot of your scores may not hold over if you revert and it takes about a year to load all the “new” dlc stuff iff you have over a thousand songs.
I was actually wondering if you could copy the song files of the dlc on the hard drive to the usb stick to play as a custom, but it seems like the file extension wouldn’t be compatible.
