OK. I just finished combining all the videos and it’s currently rendering. ETA for that is 2 hours as of this post.

This looks pretty cool! Though you are trying to do this as a little project of your own, but do you think maybe you can possible do the DVDA version of What Would Brian Boitano Do? as a little custom song? I need it for a project I am working on myself called Rock Band: Russell_GuitarGuy Edition and thought maybe if I could ask if you wanna be a guest charter.

This video will help you tremendously. Easy to understand and it actually works. It’s the best calibration method out there imo.

In Da Club is indirectly being worked on. One of my WIP customs is a parody. The instruments are all the same, it’s just the vocals that need to be replaced.

The guitar is the “chuck chuck” heard throughout the song; all palm muted chords. The sound is clearer on the right audio channel. I understand what you mean with the possibility of breaking immersion but I thought that it wouldn’t do so in this case. The bass notes transition between the chords quite smoothly. Two other factors are how often does the player gets a chance to take a breath and rapid pitch changes.

 

Think Bohemian Rhapsody in this certain section. “Galileo(5x) Figaro. Magnifico-o-o-o.” Something like this would warrant a higher difficulty.

Finally back after a whole month of playing Rivals. Time to get back to work!

 

Track Updates:

 

– Six Pink Guy tracks from the self-titled album are now complete. They will be released when the entire album is complete. It’ll be worth the wait, I promise.

 

– Real Hip Hop by PolitikZ just needs the vocals and harmonies done. This one will be released once finished. Not sure when that’ll be though.

 

– The Zombie Love Song is now put on hold. I will release the guitar only track in a few days and will be updated when the other instruments get charted.

 

– Added Little Blossum by Dolly Parton to my list.

Absolutely yes on those Sublime tracks. It’s criminal they haven’t been made yet.

Hm. Doesn’t the 360E use the same type of hard drive that the S does? If so, I’m pretty sure you can just swap the hard drives to save yourself a lot of time from downloading.

 

The only thing you would need after that is to do a license transfer as mentioned above. Once done you should be good to go.

Bad news, everyone. My reaper trial is almost at its end. I’m going to quickly try to finish up what is almost complete.

 

If I’m unable to, I may just release them with missing instruments and update them after I purchase a license for Reaper.

I’ve been told that a custom for Arctic Monkeys’ Why’d You Only Call Me When You’re High already exists as a FoF convert. So that one is off my list now.

 

Can’t seem to find a working link anywhere though. I’m going to ask someone who has a RB3 copy later today.
