Check if the track is slightly moved to the right, drag it all the way to the left

Having trouble getting Reaper to detect Python. Any idea if it’s just incompatible versions or what? I’m using Reaper 5.941 and Python 2.7.2 and I’ve never used Python before, so not sure if I’m just missing something obvious with that.
