Thank you all for the suggestions! This error has not happened in this project I am currently working on but it happened in my previous project and I had to scrap the whole thing because every single track and difficulty had double notes. I think it happened because I coppied the Expert notes for each track and fixed it to work with the placements on the track to work ingame and it made double so I think the copying from the midi caused it. I tried and it made no difference. I tell you the comiler is amazing but sometimes never does what you want it to do. Thanks for the respones but how do I quantnize something. Right now I am focusing on the drum track. So I copied the note from the drum track in the midi and put them in the respectable sections like kick and snare ect.

Heres the story I started from a midi on the drum track then once I did everything for expert I copied then pasted the track in Hard, Medium and Easy so I could make those difficulties.

The way I do it is I use the Hauppauge Colossus 2 capture card with Windows 7 and then output the Xbox 360 to the Colossus 2. Choose a song, turn on All Instruments Mode, and record using the software that comes with the card. There are other ways.
