Before anything else I have to say: You guys are amazing. Like for real. You took something so technical and difficult and made it nearly painless so that anyone with time, effort, and motivation can add songs to Rock Band, plus you guys (as long as I’ve been here) have also managed to release songs every Friday PLUS bonus stuff for holidays. That in itself is commendable, so kudos to you guys! You guys totally rock.

 

Here’s a brief history:

I’m 24 and been playing Guitar Hero/Rock Band since my grandfather bought me the first Guitar Hero for Christmas way back when it came out. Ever since I’ve been ripping it up in whatever I can get my hands on! Rock Band 3 has been my vice for well over 5 years now with around 600 songs in my library (Happy to say 100 are from here!). I’ve always been interested in customs and getting songs I wanted into Rock Band but I honestly never really knew how to easily until I stumbled upon this forum in November. Since then it’s history! I have my own customs thread and I try and chart as much as I can, work, college, and life willing.

My song choices tend to be rather recent songs, but cover a wide range of genres. Of what I have released and plan to release in the future, I have Top 40 Pop and House, Progressive, Emo, Alternative, Post-Hardcore, Melodic Death Metal, Trip-Hop, Video Game and 8-bit selections, and more!
