I like to learn foreign languages, right now I’m learning Italian. In this case I change the interface language and look for servers with Italians, so that I can improve my conversational level. What language do you play Counter Strike in?

I don’t think you’re going to improve your vocabulary in another language during a tense battle with an enemy squad. On the contrary, you need to play in a more comfortable environment for yourself and your teammates, so I downloaded the original English version of Counter Strike 1.6 here all-cs.ru/cs16/sborki/cs16-english-original-version.html . Accordingly, the servers there are mostly English-speaking, the more it is an international language, so everyone understands the information about the opponents that I say in the voice chat.

That’s a really good point about language barriers during intense moments! Communication is so important in CS and you definitely want everyone on the same page when calling out enemy positions and strategies

Communication is absolutely crucial for team coordination in any CS version. I still play some 1.6 occasionally but mostly focus on CS2 now for the updated mechanics and better skin system. Speaking of which, I’ve been browsing https://dmarket.com/csgo-skins/product-card/sport-gloves-scarlet-shamagh lately because having a complete loadout makes the game feel more engaging regardless of which version you’re playing. What I find interesting is how skins can actually help with team morale – when your setup looks professional, teammates tend to have more confidence in your calls and plays
