Weirdest CAT Bug – Long Orange Sustains on Guitar

After using CAT to do reductions hundreds of times and understanding when it goes wrong, I had something happen that took me a while to figure out.
I had an Orange sustain note on guitar stretched over two and a half measures (with a tempo of 113) twice in a row cause CAT to reduce ONLY the Hard and Medium tracks and then when it did those, it just repeated the exact same notes for each of those tracks. Only after removing the long sustain notes was I able to get it to work right.
It also affected the animation when having CAT place those notes automatically. The toon decided to do nothing in game even though there were markers in place.
Maybe might help someone else if they come across that issue.
