Tried to post new customs today, and put them in my thread, but I can’t get Visualizer to upload to Imgur. Any ideas? This happened to me once before, and the fix was to update the tools, but I am running 3.9.5 now.

It’s working fine. You need to look at the error it gives you, it should indicate what’s going on. It may have been an issue with Imgur when you were trying.

Looks like the issue is with my AV – goes away if I disable “smart firewall”. Don’t know how to over-ride and allow this application.

There’s gotta be an exception filter. Which AV program are you using?

Norton. Their site says to find the blocked attempt, and change the settings for that site. Trouble is, under firewall activity, there is no admission that Norton blocked this upload. So, Norton pretends to be innocent, but, when I disable “Smart Firewall” everything works.

If Norton were a contraceptive it would be abstinence.

You can go to Settings -> Firewall Settings, add a program, then add c3contools.exe and set it to allow always and that should work. But yeah, Norton sucks. It’s what I have because of my ISP but I hate it.

Actually I found the easiest way with Norton is to

Control Panel > Programs and Features > Add or Remove Programs > Norton > Uninstall.

Nah, Norton really isn’t that bad, and I know some people (particularly those who are unfamiliar with computers) would much prefer oversecure than under, but Norton is definitely picky. It’s like that one girl you hear about on the internet who questions you over every other female in your contacts.

On a completely related note, if someone comes up to you and offers Tropicana’s “Trop50”, especially the raspberry lemonade one, politely but firmly decline. 50% less sugar also equals 50% less taste. You only get to live your life once. Go get that 100% sugar drink. If you really dislike the calories, work out for like ten minutes. You’ll lose that extra 50% in no time.

Edit: Ha wow, that’s not even the correct way to get to the add/remove programs (I mean I guess it kinda is but the second and third steps I listed take you to the same place). …What? It’s 9:00am and I’m running off three hours of sleep. Leave me alone.
