Unable to post songs on the DB

Hello everyone!
I am a relatively new author and have created my first custom song and am very eager to post it on the DB. However, whenever I click on “apply to become an author” nothing happens and the “files” tab doesn’t appear to allow me to upload the song.

Any help is appreciated!
