I’ve been trying to file a claim with Trexis Insurance after an accident, but I’m struggling to get updates. Has anyone else dealt with delays in processing claims? How do you make sure your case gets the attention it deserves?
Insurance stuff always feels like a hassle, right? I had some confusion about renewing my policy, so I hit up https://trexis-insurance.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html. The rep broke it down pretty well and sorted me out, but I was on hold for what felt like forever. At least they got it right in the end.
