Also: we need some Fates Warning in rock band!
Plenty of great material to choose from, but right now I’m imagining how epic something like The Eleventh Hour would be with a full band…

July 24, 2014 at 8:15 am #425340As an edit for my earlier post: I don’t mean to say that Rush and The Beatles haven’t been attacked by a cohesive group of authors as of now and in the past. Just nice to see a new group doing so. I am very glad to see people excited about it. I wish I had the time to devote authoring. Everybody that works on songs period need our praise. They keep this game alive. Thank you authors.
July 24, 2014 at 8:59 am #425341Hey Everyone,I was informed that some of my music might interest you. I have a little project called Superfluous Motor, the tracks are all instrumentals and very Keys heavy. The music is mostly Funk and Progressive Rock inspired, but I don’t really stick to any specific genre.
I’m not sure if they would be any fun in Rock Band, but if anyone is interested in charting them I’d be more than happy to provide the Stems and even any Midi files I have on the tracks (which is pretty much all instruments). I tried charting them myself, but I’m very very very very very very bad at it.
Thank you in advance for reading this post and listening!
If you like any of it, you can also download and listen to most of my stuff free at http://superfluousmotor.bandcamp.com/. There is also a few songs there that I had to remove from SoundCloud due to the max upload minutes limit.
These are some neat tracks and sound very fun to play in the game! If you have stems you can send them to me and I could chart some of these songs. I’m working on a very big project right now (which is taking longer than I had expected) but once I finish that up, I can do your stuff.
July 26, 2014 at 1:10 am #425482I used to chart a lot of songs back in the day. It’s been like 2 years or so that I haven’t charted anything, but I’ve been thinking about charting again, and try to find some of my old charts and maybe release them. The thing is, I’ve never had the patience to actually “chart” vocals or keys.
Anyways, here’s some of the stuff I’ve charted so you can check it out, especially since we’re talking about Prog Rock.
So anyways, if anyone knows about a good vocal and keys charter let me know, I can always chart drums, guitar and bass.
July 26, 2014 at 5:05 pm #425526I hope you can find Sound of Muzak, looks like a blast. Would love to find Shesmovedon as well, saw it in the other videos watching yours. PT has some great stuff that would be a blast on RB. Harmonies and drums would really be the highlights.
