The new Steven Wilson album Hand. Cannot. Erase. is out. I’m loving it so far. Would be great on RB. At least the first two tracks combined.
March 1, 2015 at 4:49 am #439534If anyone makes a drum chart for/syncs Russia on Ice by Porcupine Tree, I will make a guitar chart for it ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />

March 19, 2015 at 7:38 pm #440995I would like to move my vote(s) (if applicable) to Octavarium and The Mountain.
Oh! And we got “Octavarium,” why can’t we throw iTPoE1&2 and A Change of Seasons up there as suggestions?

Ah, I’ll have to track your original post down and switch em.
I have to say, two years into this amazing experiment, we have been really lucky to get some huge prog Rock releases that I remember thinking how amazing they would be to have on the RB platform.
Thanks authors for making it happen.
April 14, 2015 at 3:15 am #442718If anyone makes a drum chart for/syncs Russia on Ice by Porcupine Tree, I will make a guitar chart for it ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />That song is fully charted for full band. I will get to it after I finish the Deadwing album.
April 18, 2015 at 7:34 pm #443163“Crystallized”, “Darkest Light”, “Streams”, or “The Minds Eye/Portals/Shapeshifter” combo by HAKEN would be sweet! Same with “A Change Of Seasons” and “The Count Of Tuscany” by Dream Theater!
April 23, 2015 at 9:14 pm #443562Gonna throw my two cents in and suggest you guys take a look at Kingston Wall – I’m Not The One
Those drums, man. If I was at all competent at charting/tempo mapping I’d be all over this, but alas.
April 23, 2015 at 9:24 pm #443563I’m just going to say I’d love more Dream Theater…any other full album releases would be amazing. I’ve done a couple songs myself and would be willing to help out where I can.
April 23, 2015 at 9:29 pm #443564And while I’m at it, since I’m all about spreading the prog love, here’s some other somewhat obscure stuff I think you fellow proggers might enjoy. Not really song requests, but stuff I would absolutely jizz over seeing in rock band some day regardless.
Culpeper’s Orchard – Mountain Music Part 1
– borders on psych rock, but with enough dynamic switches and jamming to edge towards prog
Crippled Black Phoenix – We Forgotten Who We Are
– modern stuff, basically deep purple and pink floyd smashed together with a more post-rock oriented sound on top
Renaissance – Can You Understand?
– amazing across the board, some of the greatest female vocals ever heard in a rock band. if that intro doesnt grab you immediately you might have no soul
Nektar – Crying In The Dark
– similar to stuff like camel and to a lesser extent pink floyd, this band was a bit rough around the edges but still made some real quality stuff
Maxophone – C’e Un Paese Al Mundo
– essential if you can dig italian prog. awesome and varied instrumentation, and fantastic vocal harmonies
Cressida – Munich
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yj5vDqqDJQk – like a more somber Caravan, with some fucking awesome and rocking instrumental parts throughout. especially the guitar solos
July 2, 2015 at 3:01 pm #449338been listening to Gentle Giant Octopus And The Power Of The Glory Albums, what an amazing prog albums , but im to bussy with work and then when i get rid of it, i will chart more drums to other prog bands like King Crimson, Camel, Alan Parsons.
so has anybody in their chart list Gentle Giant Stuff?, this band needs to be more in Rock Band scene, also more ELP will be awesome too.
