Hi guys, been talking with a band a lot of your guys like.
Yes i been able to get in talks with the band Muse and there been saying harmonix don’t want there songs in the game.
So starting in a few hours i will be releasing the full showbiz with full multitracks that the band gave too me and asked me to try make it the best i can.
So i will.

Beware, they probably sent you the same multitracks for Muscle Museum than those they once sent me, but unfortunately they’re incomplete.
There’s two parts of this story that I’d have to admit to being extremely skeptical of:
1) HMX doesn’t want Muse songs in the game? Since when? HMX likes making money, period. Do you think everybody at HMX likes One Direction? No…they license it because they know it will sell. Same with Muse. There is no conspiracy preventing their songs from appearing in the game. This has always been a licensing issue from the band/label side.
2) Muse, which is a major band, sent multi-track stems to a random person from the internet, and told you that you can do whatever you want with them? Including creating playable Rock Band tracks which will then be posted and “given away for free”?
Again, perhaps I am cynical in my old age, but I find both of these points to be highly unlikely. Anyways, I’ll look forward to seeing what you eventually put out. If they are of sufficiently high quality, then awesome…there will be a lot of people interested in it. Good luck.
Oh don’t worry you’re not cynical, you’re realistic. And about the points you mentionned, highly unlikely is such an understatement it’s almost comical, knowing how (rightfully?) tight-assed producers/publishers are about multitracks, and how much effort HMX has put in vain to get others Muse songs after they released Hysteria as a bonus track.
