I appreciate the effort but in the mix down you can clearly hear the artifacts of the audio separation and it’s not something we can use unfortunately. The vocals become unhinged midway too but that’s probably just an oversight when you rendered them. Thanks for the time you put in though. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif”>
November 15, 2015 at 2:26 am #459319I can take vox and maybe keys for one or two, assuming this is post-Halloween and I’m not sweating getting my other customs done before then. Just throw whatever at me if there are still gaps to cover.
Any news on those? ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif”>
November 15, 2015 at 4:25 am #459322Hold off on that, I’m preparing something more convenient.
I’m just about finished with Rubber Soul keys, is there somewhere/someone I can send the MIDI files?
Sorry it’s taken a while, I had to remind myself how to go through Magma and all that again, and with school and work I just didn’t make it a priority. I should be available after finals (early December) to help with any missing Pro Keys parts.
November 15, 2015 at 11:31 am #459328I went back and forth with how to deal with it but considering that contributions will not be that frequent I just ended up going for directing traffic myself. Money (That’s What I Want) and Little Child would be two of those needing help with, I can send you the project if you can work on them.

I can make multitracks for listening for the instruments, not for putting them in, since they are not very high quality.
November 16, 2015 at 4:04 am #459359It would be greatly appreciated if you uploaded any multitracks you have that have not been modified in any way.
Partial multitracks are useful in game in some circumstances, and are always useful while authoring.

Definitely.

I can promise I’ll at least touch them this week. This past week and weekend were dedicated to a classic video game and pinball show here in Houston, which I contributed to. That’s all over with now so I should have some time to get back to customs.
November 16, 2015 at 9:23 pm #459395Definitely.
I can not make full multi-tracks unfortunately, if you have a list of songs you want at least partial multi-tracks for, PM me a list.
November 21, 2015 at 7:24 pm #459644We have an update on the project and a call for help.
Work on the project is proceeding smoothly. We have currently done an album and a half worth of content, though it needs compiling, testing, etc. Not sure how the release schedule will look like but ideally it will be on an album by album basis, though not necessarily in chronological order.
Here is what we need:
1) Somebody who has experience playing the game and knows when a song looks right. We need this somebody to load the CONs and check every instrument, one by one, for obvious issues on Expert. It’s not a time consuming task: the average Beatles song is 2.5 minutes long, it would take roughly 15 minutes to test one, roughly 3 hours to test an album. We need somebody who’s willing to at least test entire albums: the effort to distribute and keep track of individual songs is not worth it. More than one person is gladly accepted since we have plenty of albums to cover.
2) Somebody who has experience in auxialiary authoring tasks like OD, drum fill activations and practice events. As before, please only apply if you can work on a full album and as before, Beatles songs are on the short side. We can accept different applications for practice events and for OD/activations/etc. More than one person is gladly accepted since we have plenty of albums to cover.
3) Somebody who is a good guitar author to go over 2/3 songs per album and tweak what’s needed.
Please only apply if you have experience doing this, do not take this as a way to learn from scratch because it won’t work. Obviously it can be a learning experience to better your skills: we will definitely give you feedback on what you do.
We know we have a lot of active authors on our forums, hopefully somebody is willing to give back and help out. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif”>
November 22, 2015 at 6:07 am #459679Happy to help with points 2 and 3.
November 23, 2015 at 4:54 pm #459718I would be willing to help playtest the albums. I don’t have any authoring experience, but I am a huge Beatles fan and play all instruments on Expert, except Drums.
November 23, 2015 at 6:14 pm #459721More than happy to play test any Beatles albums you wanna throw my way.
I play expert on all instruments (my keyboard scores won’t break any records but are adequate enough for play testing!)
