Oh, I see we have a topic now!

    Here’s a link to my spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1EtZKx0FhMKCR12wXQ3E1Pgv3Vi5gDvyO-lA21mvGIqI/edit?usp=sharing

If any project leads need edit access, just PM me and I’ll add you straightaway!

Yes but we need a list of singles I think and there was another spreadsheet done from another user who might get involved and help out.

My list has all the singles at the bottom too.

Speaking of Let It Be… Naked, I actually think the Long and Winding Road from that version would be better since it has more piano/guitar instead of strings. But I’m not sure how we’re handling Let It Be.

Also, I’ve looked around but I can’t find a visualizer image for the very first batch: Help!, Hold Me Tight, and All My Loving. If anyone can find those, I’ll add them in. Also if you notice, there is a second page that shows all the visualizer images; I was thinking of typing out the difficulties too, but not sure how useful that would be since we have the images.

    So tasks for my spreadsheet:

    • # of Vox parts for each song (can be gleaned by listen or sheet music)
    • If we’re going to chart Rhythm Guitar for songs w/o Keys, we can mark those songs red (right now they’re all gray)
    • I assumed all songs had G/B/D/V (I checked for Keys in sheet music tho), if any don’t they can be grayed out
    • Verify all the parts that are lighter-green for accuracy, which is all but C3 releases
    • Are we including the Tony Sheridan singles, the German singles, and Christmas Time (1995)?

If anyone has any suggestions, let me know! If any spectators see any issues/errors, feel free to “Insert Comment” on that cell.

Number of vocal parts is not that important, rhythm guitar is a no, too much work for the entire catalogue. On the other hand, we need to know song by song what is there and what not and that needs to be done by ear by someone who can recognise the individual parts, we can’t rely on sheet music alone. We’ll see about the singles, first we need to prep everything correctly and get some traction.

        Here ya go!!

        Thank you, sir, added them!

Also, removed # of vocal parts (it’s in the second sheet still) and rhythm guitar (added to Notes when applicable).

I went ahead and added the Tony Sheridan singles at the bottom just in case, but I agree that we should wait on those. I figure German ones are pretty much the same so I left them out.

I probably won’t have time to go through each song by ear until next weekend probably, but if anyone else wants to, go for it.

I will be very blunt: anyone else don’t. As I said, we need good info on that, we can’t mark something as with no keys and then find out we need to do them. We are going to leave this simmer a bit anyway, to let contributors chime in, I think the month of October could probably be reserved for that. During that month we can also do that job of processing the songs.

I would include at least Hey Jude, from the singles. Any Beatles discography needs to have their biggest hit.

Oh man, that would be incredible at parties. Just get the whole room singing it.

From the looks of it I’d guess they’d finish everything up to release a single complete package

                  Not sure though

Here is my contribution. I suggest make a karaoke/Instrumental audio for a best quality.

Studio albums (UK releases, not American, the original ones)…

So only six tracks on Magical Mystery Tour then?

I’m sure it will be the 11 track American LP. That’s the version that is recognized as being part of the Beatles core discography, and the Beatles Rock Band sorted “Hello Goodbye”, “All You Need Is Love” under Magical Mystery Tour instead of as singles.
