A pack that is long overdue, whether from Harmonix or us.

The Bounty Board (which I haven’t dealt with in forever, I know, I know) has a good list of possibilities. The following songs are earmarked so far:

    • Aqua – “Barbie Girl” (AddyMilldike)
    • Backstreet Boys – “I Want It That Way” (drummerockband)
    • The Cardigans – “Lovefool” (pksage)
    • Hum – “Stars” (Gigakoops)
    • R.E.M. – “Shiny Happy People” (farottone)
    • Sir Mix-a-lot – “Baby Got Back” (RyanHYK)
    • Smashing Pumpkins – “Tonight, Tonight” (BearzUnlimited)

Major props to drummerockband, Lowlander, farottone, and others for maintaining C3’s ’90s quota, but it’s time to go all-out!

I guess depending on when this pack happens, I might be able to see myself doing “One Headlight” by The Wallflowers, but like I said, I guess it’s depending on when it is.

Consider releasing I want it that way.

I already did. I probably will release it for this pack since it’s basically done.

The 1990s? So many songs to choose from!

I’ll do “Barbie Girl” by Aqua. Someone’s got to do some Europop, right? <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />

If you’re going to do that, use the existing version as a starting point. I have no idea how bad it is…but probably needs lots of work.

If you’re referring to my old chart, it’s in pretty rough shape. It was my first custom. It might be better to just start from scratch.

I’ll do “Stars” by Hum for this pack, if you guys don’t mind.

Looking great, guys! If we can get one or two more big hit contributions (all of the songs so far are big ’90s hits, IMO), we’ll have a killer pack on our hands.

Let’s shoot for September 5 for this pack. Does that work for everyone?

I’ve got a “Baby Got Back” custom on the backburner. There’s my contribution.

    Perfectly ok with that.

I’ll do “Tonight, Tonight” by Smashing Pumpkins for this.

If I have time I may also try to do My Bloody Valentine’s “Only Shallow” or Pearl Jam’s “Rearviewmirror”, but the only one I’m sure about is “Tonight, Tonight”. Nevermind, I’m just going to focus on the one song for this pack and perhaps do these at a later time.

Confirming this for September 5; schedule your songs at your leisure. Let me know if anyone wants to back out or add any new songs.

Added The Breeders – Cannonball to the scheduler.

So, I’ve been trying to get started on this, but I cannot. I’m going to pull out since I don’t think I can finish Barbie Girl in time. I can’t really stand to chart the vocals, as they are hella annoying to listen and re-listen to. Terribly sorry everyone.
