Ok, we issued the suspensions. We only suspended repeated offenders that have not shown any interest in changing the vote, as explained in the opening post. Moving forward we will be using a different system which we hope will be fully functional soon. Like any system it can still be abused, and if that happens we will suspend any member who abuses it.
Damn. Literally the first thing I do when I see something new that people clearly put a lot of time and effort into is to exploit it.
I’d prefer a system where I could rate each available instrument. Like somebody else said I don’t usually rate songs because I don’t play every instrument and I don’t want to distort the rating. I would rate more songs if I could choose the instrument that I’ve tested.
I agree with the purpose of this – ratings must be on the quality of the chart not on any other issues. If you don’t like the song/artist/author then don’t bother downloading simples.

This could be nice but might be more difficult to implement given the current layout. But yeah, I find a lot of the time I play a song on drums and then give it a rating just based on that which is somewhat short-sighted even if it’s 5-star worthy.
Was my rating ability taken away because of this thread or something…? I can’t seem to rate.
The rating system was removed completely.
Were the “Like Custom” buttons a recent addition? This could explain some recent “like” notifications I got on forum posts from long ago, where the “like” buttons don’t exist anymore anyway.
That’s not the same thing. There used to be a “like” button for every post, and it wasn’t a Facebook-linked thingy.
